Procedure: Step 1: Insert the engraving cutter and the key blank Tips :Engraving cutter and the key blank installation:
Install the key blank on the M5 Clamp as shown in the figure above(The vertex cannot be occluded by the key blank please use a special engraving cutter)
Step 2: Send the picture you want to engrave to the machine 1.Pair the machine with your smartphone via Bluetooth. 2.Send the picture
Step 3. Choose the picture and start to engrave
Press “HOME” icon >> Click “mini plus II” icon>> Key blank engraving>>add picture>>Choose the picture and press OK>>Adjust the image to appropriate position then press Start engraving

Download Xhorse APP in App Store/ Google Play, or scan the QR code directly;
Power on XP-005Lmachine, open Xhorse APP and switch to the CNC machine interface. Press “Switch Device >> Dolphin II”;
Press “Select”to turn on Bluetooth, select XP-005L SN to connect (Users can set up automatic connect according to needs).
How to do cutting calibration?
Press on Dolphin II tablet screen: System >> Machine Parameter >> Cutting Calibration >> Select the cutter diameter installed;
Follow the tips, then press “Start”;
– DO NOT use a cutted key, make sure it’s a brand new HON66 key blank.- Make sure the probe and cutter at same height.- Insert M5 clamp and rotate to side A.
Clean the cutter, probe and working area, press “Continue”to finish.
What’s in Dolphin XP-005L System option?There are 6 main functions in System: machine parameter, system setting, history, my favorite, update center and WLAN connection. Here users can perform basic operations, such as machine calibration, cutting setting, language setting, query history, update version, WLAN connection, etc.
Machine Parameter
Here users can self test machine, calibrate various parameters, set cutter diameter, cutter speed and move speed during cutting.
Cutting setting: set the spindle speed, move speed, cutter diameter and buzzer switch.
Cutting calibration: calibrate machine for first use.
Self test
– Deviation detection: detect M5 clamp parameters.- Motor measurement: check the status of X, Y, Z axis and spindle motor.- Electrical conductivity: test the conductivity of probe and clamp, milling cutter and clamp.- Altitudes detection: check whether the height of the probe and the milling cutter are on the same level.
Parameter list: display relative parameters between probe and milling cutter recorded by the machine.
System Setting
Language setting: change system language, covers English, Spanish, French, Thai, Polish, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi, Hebrew, Korean, Indonesian, Chinese.
Set password: a startup password can be set to prevent children from touching the machine.
Unit setting: set millimeters and inches freely as common units.
General setting: switched on/off Bluetooth, adjust screen brightness, machine volume, time and date.
History
Users can query machine cutting records, make notes and cuts here. This function requires networking.

Recently we receive his feedback that he still cannot update the device after replacing the power board, and the problem is the device and the Upgrade Kit got stuck when updating.
Xhorsevvdi technical support asks for his serial number (SN) and CONDOR MINI’s homepage picture for analysis and gave the Solutions: 1.Close all anti-virus software and system firewall. Enter “Windows Security” interface. Press “Virus & threat protection” and “Manage settings”. Turn off all options.
Note: Always remember that turn off all anti-virus programs when it comes to the update and installation of Xhorse software.
2.Re-install drivers and reboot the computer or try another computer.

Please follow “Clamp type” to align M1 clamp tip to 2 position, this type recommend use 1.5mm to cut.
Key fixed: clear metal filings and use your finger to press the blank key on the clamp and make sure it is flat
Select “Cutting key” and continue to make sure the cutting depth.
There is a option “Find Bitting”, enter it and select car make to confirm, then select key type. Enter the bitting you know. Enter the unkown bitting as “?” and click on “Find Bitting Code”.

Enter Dolphin main menu
Select “Find bitting”
Select a car make.
Select or put in the key blank type.
Put the known bitting and replace unknown bitting as “?”.
Then click on “Find Bitting”
Final part is to use the key bitting to make key, here take Dolphin XP005 for example:
Click on “Cut by Bitting”.
Choose a key blank type.
Choose the key type.
Follow the picture show to fix the key.
Select proper side of clamp and fix the key in correct position
Put in the key bitting and check all the information before you click on “Cutting key” for making new key.
